Leadership Development Coaching is a 6-month 1:1 journey for individual leaders. Polarity Leadership Coaching is a high-intensity format for leaders facing specific complex decisions (dual-coach model). Integral Team Coaching develops collective leadership capacity across an entire team. We’ll help you determine which fits during your free leadership conversation.
What is the investment?
Leadership Development Coaching: €8,000-€11,000 for the full 6-month engagement. Polarity Leadership Coaching and Team Coaching: pricing discussed during your leadership conversation based on scope. Many organizations sponsor coaching as part of executive development — we can support that conversation with HR or L&D.
Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. All coaching content is held in strict confidence. For organizationally-sponsored engagements, we agree on clear boundaries upfront — typically sharing development themes with the sponsor while keeping session content fully confidential. For team coaching, individual sessions are confidential from the manager and other team members — this is non-negotiable.
