Leadership Coaching That Changes How You Lead
Who we are, what we believe about leadership development, and how we help senior leaders create lasting change.
ABOUT WAYS OF BEING
Ways of Being is a leadership coaching practice grounded in Integral Coaching® — one of the most rigorous and comprehensive coaching methodologies in the world. We work with senior leaders who want more than techniques and frameworks. We help them see their own patterns clearly, develop new capacity, and lead with greater range, presence, and impact.
Our coaches have led teams across global organizations. We don’t coach from the outside in — we’ve sat in the chair you’re sitting in. That experience, combined with deep expertise in developmental psychology and embodied practice, is what makes our executive coaching fundamentally different.
We start with what most leadership development ignores: the leader themselves. Not their skills, not their strategies, not their 360 feedback — but the living system of patterns, habits, and embodied tendencies that shape how they actually operate under pressure.
Our executive coaching builds leadership capacity from the inside out. Through structured conversation, targeted practices, and the honest mirror of a coaching relationship with someone who understands your world, leaders develop the awareness, range, and presence that transforms how they lead.
This isn’t a program you complete. It’s a practice that rewires how you show up — in your decisions, your relationships, and your leadership presence.
What Grounds Our Work
Ways of Being is built on the conviction that the best leaders aren’t made by better frameworks — they’re made by deeper self-knowledge. Our practice is rooted in Integral Coaching® and draws from developmental psychology, systems thinking, and embodied practice to help leaders develop the whole-person capacity that great leadership demands.
Every tool we use, every practice we design, every conversation we hold is in service of one thing: helping you lead from a more integrated, aware, and effective version of yourself.
With every action, there is a way of being behind it. The leader who develops both changes everything."
– Ways of Being
Backed by Research. Built for Leaders.
Our coaching is grounded in Integral Coaching® — a methodology rated best-in-class by the Integral Institute, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for 202 training hours, and built on decades of research in adult development, systems thinking, and the neuroscience of behavioral change.
This isn’t another coaching framework. It’s the most comprehensive approach to human development available in the coaching profession. It works because it addresses not just what you think, but how you think — not just your behavior, but the patterns beneath your behavior that drive everything.
The result: leadership transformation that lasts. Not because you’ve learned new techniques, but because you’ve developed new capacity — the kind that holds up under pressure and compounds over time.
“Practice is where awareness becomes leadership capacity, and capacity becomes the truth of how you lead.”

OUR APPROACH
Why This Work Exists
Ways of Being was born from a simple observation: the leaders who create the most lasting impact aren’t the ones with the most skills — they’re the ones who understand their own system. We built this practice for leaders who are ready for something deeper than tips and techniques.
Coaching grounded in real leadership experience, guided by one of the world's most rigorous methodologies, and built for the kind of lasting change that transforms careers and organizations
Our coaching creates the conditions for leadership transformation. We take time to understand your context — your role, your challenges, the system you’re operating in — and design a coaching engagement that addresses your actual leadership edges, not a generic development plan.
Every session builds on the last. Every practice is designed for your real-world challenges. And every conversation is held by a coach who knows what it’s like to lead under the conditions you’re facing.
Ready to
lead differently?
If something here resonates, it usually means you’re ready. The next step is a conversation — no commitment, no pressure. Just an honest exploration of where you are and whether this work is the right fit.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during the introductory conversation?
We begin with a free 30-minute leadership conversation. This isn’t a sales call — it’s a genuine exploration of where you are in your leadership, what’s calling for your attention, and whether our approach is the right fit. We’ll discuss your goals, explain how Integral Coaching® works, and decide together on the best next step — whether that’s a full engagement or a single exploratory session.
What's included in a leadership coaching engagement?
Bi-weekly coaching sessions (60-90 min), customized between-session practices, AQAL-based assessment, typically 6-12 months, regular progress reviews. Mention that each engagement is designed around the leader’s specific challenges — not a one-size-fits-all program.
What types of coaching sessions do you offer?
Single exploratory sessions, short-term focused engagements (3 months), and comprehensive leadership development programs (6-12 months). Each is designed for a different stage of readiness and scope of change.
What is the investment?
Our coaching engagements typically range from €8,000-€11,000 for a 6-month program. This includes all sessions, between-session practices, and coach availability. Many clients’ organizations sponsor coaching as part of executive development — we’re happy to support that conversation.
Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. Everything discussed in coaching is held in strict confidence. When coaching is sponsored by an organization, we agree on clear boundaries upfront — typically sharing themes and progress with the sponsor while keeping the content of sessions fully confidential. This is foundational to the trust that makes deep coaching work possible.
What if I'm not sure coaching is what I need?
That’s exactly what the introductory conversation is for. Many of the leaders we work with started with that same question. We’ll help you get clarity on what you’re actually navigating and whether coaching — or something else — is the right support. There’s never any pressure to commit.
